Please note :  For some reason Knit Pro see fit to declare the 40cm cable length using special short tips (100mm) but all other declared cable measurements with the standard tips (128mm).  I do like the short tips but rest assured you can absolutely still use the standard tips with the shortest cable length and be fine.
