Ducky Darlings - STRATA KIT (DK - Mini Skeins)

My first actual kit!  As many of you will know I am in love with mini skeins.  I have a ridiculous amount of them so it stood to reason I would end up with a design that used them.  I am so excited that Hayley over at Ducky Darlings put some kits together for this.

Your kit will come with : 

Pattern, 200g of yarn and unlimited support from me if you have any questions while making the beanie.  Knitting questions .. don't ask me anything about cooking etc.

This Ducky Darlings mini skein Strata Kit comprises of 10 skeins of merino yarn (20g each) in a variety of colours as shown.  This is all you will need yarn wise for the beanie (which uses 170g) and you should have enough left over to pop a bobble on if you are a bobble kinda person.

You could also do what I did and combine the minis with a full skein of a solid and alternate the 'bands.  You'll have enough for two hats if you do that!  Winner!

Of course you don't have to knit a Strata Beanie ... the world is your oyster with these gorgeous skeins.

IMPORTANT - Don't add the pattern to your basket by itself if you plan on buying the kit as your kit comes with the pattern included - if you add the pattern as well, I won't be able to refund once the pdf has been sent).

Recommended needle/hook size - 3.5mm to 4 mm

80% Merino  & 20% Nylon - Can be machine washed on a gentle 30 degree wool cycle.

Dry flat. Some bleeding of colour may occur initially.
